Below is a list of options for financial documentation that we accept. Our goal is to help you as much as possible, so come prepared.
• Copy of your 2024 1040 Federal Income Tax Return
• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
• Social Security Income for Disability (SSI)
• Developmental Disability Administration (DDA)
• SNAP benefit letter
